年会除大会发言、分组讨论外，还将设立名家讲坛，邀请国内知名学者就数量经济学的理论、方法，经典模型以及常用软件使用等进行专题讲授。同时，会议将评选年会的优秀论文，编辑出版《21世纪数量经济学（第11卷）》，颁发中国数量经济学会第三届优秀论文奖。
本次年会的分组讨论为10个小组：数量经济理论与方法（一）（计量经济），数量经济理论与方法（二）（数理经济学等），宏观经济增长与发展，货币、银行，资本市场、金融危机，财政、税收，投资、贸易，区域经济、协调发展，企业、产业经济，实验经济学及其他分支学科。有意参会者可根据自己所写论文的内容选择合适的组投稿，字数请控制在1.2万以内。年会组委会将对提交的论文进行遴选，并据此发出参会邀请。收稿截止日期为

会议背景介绍： 亚太金融、经济、财务与管理会议（PBFEAM）系列国际会议已历经17届，今年是中国大陆首次举办。该会近几届都有200人左右的海外代表与会，其中不少是全球金融、经济和财务管理等领域的知名学者或政界和企业界的知名人士。
该会议的创始人Cheng-Few Lee教授是美国Rutgers
University金融系的讲座教授，是金融界国际著名学者，近50年来（1958-2008）在国际著名金融类26种期刊上发表论文量排名世界第一，在金融经济界有广泛影响。同时他在上世纪80年代初，就曾应邀参与大陆的经济改革工作。
本次会议的主题为：亚太在全球经济复苏中的影响（Pacific Impact on Global Economy Recovery）。
